Dr Catherine Fairris qualified as a doctor from the University of Bristol in 2008 having previously gained her BSc in Pharmacology. She completed her core medical training in the NHS and was a Rheumatology Registrar before shifting her focus to a specialism in Aesthetic medicine.

She is a member of the Royal college of Physicians as well as a board member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine. In 2018 she completed her Masters degree in Aesthetic medicine from Queen Mary’s University of London – graduating with distinction. Her dissertation was titled “An evidence-based comprehensive guide to volumization of the mid-face with dermal fillers, including a proposed algorithm for managing complications” which was later published in Aesthetics Journal.
